Working from the inside fold the rubber lip up and out. Work your way round and after about 1/2 is done you will be able to lift it out.
For a quick fix for now you could smear the cracks with silicone sealant that should stop it leaking

(dont forget to have your glamorous assistant ready to catch it

Or a Hover
I have just cut the top off the rubber to get your window out then braek the one in the scrappy and remover the bits of glass
Also i'd buy new i did on my s1 front and rear my m8 just did his front on for £55 i belive so back should'nt be any more
