Working from the inside fold the rubber lip up and out. Work your way round and after about 1/2 is done you will be able to lift it out.

For a quick fix for now you could smear the cracks with silicone sealant that should stop it leaking

On older fords its usually the metal that has rotten away in the corners not the rubber that causes the leaks by the way
