fitted board into ecu myself, i was confused about pin 25 and 26 the instuctions said

Blue= P26

Purple= P25

but the photos of what it should look like showed

Blue= P25

Purple= P26

so i followed the text, also i've eliminated that being the problem as pins 25 and 26 are described as

P26 = Coil (1+4)
P25 = Coil (2+3)

therefore jumbling these two would make it not run it describes pin 21 (grey) as the tacho output.

I only bought it a couple of weeks ago, but it is a version one (what difference is V2?)

I've modded the tacho, and bought an aftermarket one, still no joy.

HOWEVER

When i removed the suppressor on the green wire to the coil i didn't connect it back together (didn't think they'd be needed) So i'll undo all the loom tape and untidy the loom and try that, sounds like the probable cause
