if your injectors are mapped to provide x amount of fuel at y rpm, then no matter what injector, if it uses the same voltage, it'll still the same. if its a different voltage, you may get less or more fuel.

Different pulse width rather than voltage, but yes thats correct.
The closed loop will manage to correct it off boost though if its fairly close still.
