I haven't seen it before. But I'm surprised at it, it looks a piece of piss.
I imagine the danger starts when people realise just how easy it is to put your car on a mile-long straight road rolling at idle in 1st gear and get out of it. They up the stakes and try it faster and in smaller spaces etc, then people get hurt/killed.
