An organic one, and if you dont mind spending a few quid while you are at it, then convert it to hydraulic, it will be one of those mods that you never regret doing IMHO.
No need for a paddle at that power level and they dont drive as nicely as an organic, as they have a tendancy to grab in traffic etc, although the 4wd system seems to iron it out a bit and they drive more nicely than a 2wd with the same clutch IME.

Of the paddle clutches available, if you do decide to go that route, 6 paddle is more civilised than 4 paddle.
