I have always wondered how this would stand.......

Say xxx companys does a 305bhp conversion with such and such products. You then get this done and get it to a RR that BOTH company and yourself is happy with.
If it doesnt make the said 305 then how do you stand..........??????

As they are saying its a "305bhp conversion"

I know its being picky but how would you stand......false advertising ect ect

PS--This is not aimed at any cmpany in specific......... just wondering
