I think its a case of just remembering where u are. If u go up the highstreet and think yea put my foot down a little in 2nd, your at 60 before u even realise so u just have to think bout whats goin on. It all comes down to there being 'a time and a place'
wen i went from my 1.3 escort to my 1.8 si it scared me a little. My silver rs2k gave me a cold sweat wen i first got it. My grey escort turbo which was knocking on the door of 200bhp used to give me the shakes and sweaty hands holding the steering wheel. I cant remem how it feels to drive tho as its roughly a yr 2day that its been off the road being restored.
But i like the fact if im in a car that i know is leary and i know it scares me, it adds to the thrill of driving. I'd love to try and have a 400bhp esc cossie. I will do one day and cant wait

i went from a 1300 escort to a 350bhp rwd cossie,,,,,,,,,,,, was scared when i FIRST bought it but then go used to it
also i used to get scared at 100mph before,,,, these days i average 120 on motorways if its empty
