Obviously if the dog is over 16yrs old, then it's feasible, but if from 1991 onwards you weren't able to breed or sell pit bulls, surely anyone with a pit bull 15yrs old or younger would be liable for prosecution?
I did wonder this, I mean it says there somewhere that if any type of dog on the Dangerous Dog Act attacks someone then they could face up to 6 months in prison?
