Mobil 1 15/50 It's what I use and it has worked very well in both my Cossie and my brother's RST.
Cheap if you know where to get it from too
I'm sure Silkolene is good stuff, but I like the cheaper price of an oil that does the job fine. Hence Mobil 1.
