I want to change my job (I've been saying this for ages but everytime I try and do one they give me more money, but I've finally had enough of dealing with proper c**ts) and wouldn't mind moving into banking in the city.

Anyone on here a merchant banker? What does it involve, how did you get into it and what qualifications do you need?
