mate whatever you do, don't touch steroids unless you wanna compete, they aint good for you, and most important than all diet is 80% of gettin bigger. make sure you get your diet right, it doesnt matter how many times you go to gym, if you dont eat properly there is no way you ll get big.
eat high protien meals like chiken, fish, red meat and loads of carbs like rice , pasta.
and dont stay in the gym for more than an hour or you will overtrain.
