You always see 400 bhp RSTs putting in 14 sec quarter mile times when a RWD car would be in the 12s.
If you want to go FWD surely you would be better of working on the handling, as shown by the 1400cc fezza in PF track challenge.

Each to their own, when I have enough money I will also have a big BHP Cossie, but all my friends that arent into cars are like "whats the Point?" my reply "Cos I want to!" besides with the right mods you can make any car handle so why not a front drive Escort? Plus as said what smile it inducer it must be when on the roll against a so called "supercar" in a 17 year old FWD Ford and to blow them into the weeds?
