Not sure on your budget but if you can stretch to about 1500 - 2000 try looking for a ruff n ready 106 rallye (phase1). Amazing fun to drive and almost indestructable - i sold my minter about 2 years ago for £1750 and still, to this day wish i hadn't... and if you need it to be road legal its cheap tax as its a 1.3
