I'm trying to get rid of this damn file on my desktop but I can't because it's "in use"



filename: zaSuiteSetup_65_737_000_en

It's a file which failed to download so it's incomplete

I've tried deleting it in safe mode, trying to locate it in task manager, also within firefox.

Anyone got any ideas for me?


On a footnote, I've reinstalled zonelabs and now the majority of emoticons () won't animate! i turned cookie control and ad-blocking off but that hasn't helped.....
