my mates got a 19" lcd monitor he is trying to sell me . but today he said i would need to get a lead to link it to the pc ??? i said my old monitor just had a moulded lead on it which plugged in to the pc. he says he is keeping the one he bought to use with it cos it was £30 and he will use it on his new screen???

he reckons no new monitors come with the aerial leads to connect to your pc cos there are different connections??

is this true or is he trying it on????
