Could anyone give me any tips on restoring bodywork on my Sierra.

Both the rear arches are rusted. I think they will need replacing but where can I get new rear arches? There are also small bubble spots on the drives door. I think these can just be grinded back, fillered, then sprayed.

Also, I haven't got a clue what colour my car is (other than Red). Could someone tell me from this picture:

I was thinking of giving it a full respray.
