Had a 3.8 for about 2 years only thing i had to do to it was a clutch!!(and a pair of rear tyres!!) Took absolutely everything that was thrown at it fautless car even with 130,000 miles on it sold it last year for £5k!! was abit heavy on fuel but that was how it was being driven. and i had it on classic ins £300 fully comp!! only the very late 3.8 were 6 speed
