When i was looking into suspension setups for my track car, i phoned up Richard Longman and he told me that as standard set-ups go for the road and occasional track days the original settings are fine. Just make sure that they are Exactly right allround and then take it for a drive. A very well set-up standard car cxan often be better than a messed around with car.
