Welcome mate-my preference would be the large turbo as I'm sure after you buy it and have driven it for a while you will crave more power, to achieve 330bhp isn't much money and as Damo says above it creates a very fast useable road car.
Definately try Duncan at Automotive and John Taylor (see the RS Owners Club site for details of John).
