Should have loads of capacity to get the house toasty, they come with the pump setting on '1' might need to increase the pump speed, gas supply to the house ok? might be worth getting it checked supply pressure to the boiler should be 18 - 20 mBar IIRC, Vaillant boilers dont usually give a lot of trouble apart from the divert valve...as long as they have been commissioned correctly....
