wire brush attachment for grinder cheapest and very effective
remove ALL RUST
acid etch primer
hammerite (so the panels are sealed)
then stone chip or tetra (think thats how u spell it lol) under seal (the propper sprayed stuff not out of the tin)



remember to make sure u do it in a dry enviroment
