You wouldn't need OCW if already using the Natty's Blue. You'd just be putting another coat of carnauba on effectively ... If you wanted a maintenance product between waxing, then I'd go for the Duragloss Aquawax .... Although it's a spray sealant it works well over other sealants and carnauba's, gives better durability, is VERY quick to use and gives a very wet finish.
