Ive serached google, yahoo, whatsrunning.net and other sites yet can not find any information related to the file
auyftt.dll if you enter any other the majority of other files into google it will tell you about it.... this could be a nasty but I can not be 100% certain as I can find no information regarding the file... Hijack this has the option to 'back up' I would suggest doing this before attempting to remove this file (if you choose to do so)
I would personally remove the file using hijack this however because I can not identify the file completly I can not advise that this is the best thing to do.

Other than these questionable items in Hijack this the log is pretty clean and tidy without to many issues.
