You have 2 problems. 1st, you cannot rely on the standard rev counter. It can give different readings depending on how quickly the revs are changing.

2nd, its more than likely that the RR used your rev counter to calibrate the power run. THis cocks up the readings no end. Actual peak power is nothing to do with the box at all.
