Neither !!!!

If you read the safety info on your new helmet they specifically state
that you should neither paint or put stickers on to your helmet as they
both can effect the make ( may cause chemical reaction and weeken the outer shell )

The one's you see fully painted up have to be done a special way and
are done from pre finished helmets.
