Basic items to cover would be....

Wash Mitt
Drying towel
Shampoo

A paint cleanser / glaze to help clean the paint chemically but not abrasively..... May not be needed straight away if the car is being painted obviously.

Sealant and / or a wax

Applicators and Microfibre cloths to apply and remove the wax etc.
