I bought a kit from halfords which is just a bottle and a pipe with an anti return valve. Also got 2m of clear plastic pipe and a plastic joiner (near the windscreen wipers, the pipe is actually for the windscreen washer). I can have the bottle in sight while I press the pedal, the anti-return valve means I can walk round to the car when the fluid is clear and close the bleed valve without re-introducing air in the system.
Worked for me purrfect, just need to keep an eye on the fluid level in the engine bay that's all cos you use a bit more of it that way.
