Brian,

I watched that program........was shocked at the attitude of Jarvis (the line maintainence contractors), not allowing it's employees to answer ANY questions without a company solicitor being present

Also, with the points slider bar lock nuts working loose and causing that accident (8 fatalaties and many horific injuries), why wer'nt they using Nylock nuts throughout the network - a proven solution where vibration would be a problem

And then, towards the end of the program seeing video proof that the Jarvis staff (or sub-contractors) blatently did not know how to use/tighten simple lock nuts
