You buy one and you are done with it, but at a later date you will want to update it in a few years when the roads have changed a bit etc and there are new addresses.

I bought a navman in my local tescos recently as a temporary measure as the mrs taxed my tomtom off me, its defintely not as good, BUT it does still do the job (uk only) for 99 quid!
