Default FOUR drift championchips for the UK in 2007. Details

Right then, as so many people give it the "i can do better than that", then here is your chance as there are going to be FOUR drift championchips in 2007 to cater for all skill levels, from novice to shithot.

Eurodrift Novice, which doesnt need a rollcage etc, very minimal safety rules, easy to get licence, but no twin drifting (no cage etc etc makes that too dangerous).
I "think" the top 3 in Novice per round get a chance to compete in semi-pro.
Eurodrift Semi-Pro, has similar safety rules, but harder to get a licence, and NEED a rollcage to be eligable for the final 16 (ie twin drifting).
More info and rules on the above two is here... www.eurodrift.com

Next one up is the UK Drift Championchip, you need a rollcage, you need bonnet pins on bonnet n boot, buckets+harnesses, battery cutoff switches, etc etc, harder licence to get than eurodrift, etc.
Good news is you can use FWD+4WD cars converted to RWD in it.
More info and rules here... www.driftinternational.com

And the Premier League is the European Drift Championchip (ie UKD1 last week).
Rules are very similar to UKDC with some minor safety changes, the licence is obviously the hardest to get, and cant use FWDs converted to RWD in it (4x4s converted still allowed tho).
Info and rules here... www.europeandriftchampionship.eu

Also for info on upcoming practice events, questions, etc, go here... www.driftworks.com/forum especially the news and events forum.

If you got any questions on it all, rules on what the hell you actually have to do (seems most people dont properly know), mods, skill levels, etc etc, can post up here and ill do my best to reply too.

(unless my skill level drastically improves, ill see you in eurodrift novice )
