Just completed on my new house on monday and the previous owner has left loads of jumk there. Really pi**ed me off. I told him i didn't want anything but he still left a tatty old 3 piece suite and a bed AND.....

2 sheds full of junk including old washing machine etc, old bikes, general cr*p etc!!!

Am seriously annoyed cos now i gotta sort it all out. The contract specifically states not to leave old junk etc.

Anything i can do?

Think the guy might have gone back to cyprus so doesn't look good. Am gonna be left with a couple of days hard work and a bill for a skip looks like
