The rear diff hanger is the same for every Sierra that uses a 7" or a 7.5" rear differential. The only Sierras that don't use this diff are probably the RS500s. Though the Scorpios use the same diffs, they use different diff hangers. The Escort Cosworth uses the same diff hanger as the Sierra, too.
