if you look in the config pages you will see if ur router is seeing you connection. ie: the up and down speed.
if it doesnt even see these figures and you are plugged in as you say, your connection is not on! speak to your supplier and get them to sort it.
if it is seeing the connection then check all setting inc user name and password.

spoke to the supplier ( Be ) and they say the service is defo connected,but i am not seeing any connection at all,no figures no nothing
