from what your describing mate i think your describing the amal valve? and the accumulator, do you mean actuator? if the pipe is going from the turbo direct to the actuator then that shouldn't cause a running problem, try unplugging the amal valve! if not then think your problem lies elsewhere! could check the vacuum pipe that goes to map sensor hasn't come off!
