Is there any need for the conversion, it depends upon how much boost you are going to run and what you expect from an engine.
I was a bit suspect regarding the virtues of changing from MFI to EFI untill I had a look, from my perspective it makes the car more progressive feeling and certainly gives it a more lively feeling.
