I wouldn't be so sure. You can make Rover Turbos very quick with not much effort. Please see below for an example (bloke is someone i met when i had a Rover 220GTI turbo). His car is 270bhp per tonne but weighs more than a tonne. Look at his 1/4mile time at bottom of sig;

Obviously the 820 advertised would weigh more but you get the picture......... Shocked me to be honest!
