A'm doing the exact conversion as the @Weeksy.
So what do you think, will i reach 150 BHP with this:
1. De-cat
2. Removing EGR system
3. 4-2-1 exhaust manifold
4. K&N panel air filter in original Escort box
5. Full 2.0 management (injectors, ECU, MAF)
The base is 136 BHP...but i will use standard original camshafts..i hope this is OK for 150BHP
What about gearbox? Will my IB5 from 1.6 fit straight on 2.0? I will also use 1.6 flywheel and clutch.
And will my IB5 handle 150 BHP, or will brake apart?
