Interpro do a conversion where they keep all of the Small Turbo standard management, sensors etc, but fit a roller bearing turbo (MD??? "disco potato").............It works very well, Belle (Bristol Group) has this conversion on her Es Cos, and it is a very quick car (approx 350 BHP).
It was'nt a cheap conversion, as when she had the work done (about 4 years ago) these "new" roller bearing turbos we're about £ 2 K

Im sure Stu can remap the later management as well, no reason in principle why with the right change of sensors like the airflow meter etc you couldnt map a 700bhp cossie or whatever on it, but no one ever seems to go that way?
