Here goes,

for a friend(all will be revealed)

he has just got a new router(netgear dg834g) sent to him from aol currently on silver.(getting gold)

anyway, the router has installed ok but when it goes to set up he gets " router configuration verification has failed for settings screen name"

anyone know wots up

hes going thru his pc btw
