its not slipping, just thought its like maintenance to skim a flywheel every so often when using a 4 paddle. i get a grinding noise sometimes when pulling away, especially in reverse.

When we changed my gearbox, I could see that my clutch is blue, so I left it well alone! You're best to do the same. It's a gamble, if you leave it alone, it might go another 12 months, if you disturb it, it might then fail 2 weeks later!
It's a bit like changing brake pads. If your discs are ridged from wear and you fit new pads, they could end up feeling worse than the ones you removed.
