As the engine is already out my S2 the idea of fitting a zetec engine came along.

What exactly is required for the conversion, Does the standard 1.6cvh gearbox fit straight on.

Will the zetec managment be ok in the s2?

Will the standard cvh inlet and exhaust manifolds still be useable?

Will the zetec block take the boost/heat with out any major mods?
