I also have a 3 door with 4x4. If i drive through a hole or somethng, the arches cut into my tires.
Now are my wheels even deeper in thatn yours, so I would ask if you have the same problem, and if not, how did you do it?

I run very stiff setings on the coilovers,no rub at all.
best way to make it to stop rubbing is to cut/trim arches and bodykit.
