fiesta rs turbo loom is for an efi. A series 1 and 2 engine are mfi. The looms must match that engine or you will have problems. They may have left the fiesta loom in, and cut and joined loads to get it to run the escort engine. That may be causing you problems. Your fiesta loom will be fine but you might have to chnage a few bits on the engine to get it to run. Best person to speak to is safechav on here.
