Ive been to a rolling road day today with FFOC.co.uk and my car seems to have a problem with torque?

The cars a V6 mondeo and according to the rollers the powers spot on at 169bhp but on the torque graph theres a massive drop at 2500rpm till 4500rpm, the car drives fine but i was wondering if anyone could shine some light on why its doing this? is it normal for the V6?

The car is standard apart from a K n N panel filter.
