he bluffed you mate,if he had it on video he would have taken great delight in showing you the vid and you gettin an automatic ban for doing that speed
i mean why give 3 points when he could have easily banned you and if he was such a nice fella he would have let you off
anyway go see a lawyer,you could still dispute it and say you were put on the spot and didnt really know what you were admitting to,your lawyer will get you off with as theres no real evidence
and even if there is real evidence the copper wont use it as he should have presented that at the time and would prob get his balls kicked for not(and wouldnt stand up in court anyway as you have been done for a different offence etc0
