I'm not locked out though -

its not asking for passwords

its just asking me to reconnect when I try to look at new posts, but the little green lights are on. If I refresh the topic displays

I remember seeing posts about the problems I'm having but the search function and me don't get on it comes up with 9 pages of possible posts to look through. And I've gotta refresh more or less on each page to get them to display.

Its not a problem with the site - its on my computer with this fooking update that happened the other day.

and the new program is a bastard to use too.

I'm gonna look at deleting this program and re downloading the old software and reinstall it if it will let me, and next time it asks or starts to update I'm gonna switch it off
