I know this might have been asked before but I can't find the answer using the search function.

As the title can you please let me know if its legal to have harnesses instead of seat belts?

I know some sports cars have them as standard but I don't need the grief if I remove mine and MOT time need to put them back in.

also I know only some of the buckles are legal what ones are they.
