Yeah, shock absorbers.... If you've only just had 'em done, then just get some Eibach or someones springs and fit those.
Some sources say that if you lower the car on STD shocks (absorbers ) then they wear out faster as they under more load / shorter working stroke. But mine are factory STD ones and mine are still fine.
