that's the same with any business though, recently i bought my girlfriend a new SLR camera for Christmas, i shopped around asking questions and bought from the place offering the best deal....that's normal isn't it? and none of the shops called me a timewaster when i walked out after not buying it......
and i appreciate your business must be frustrating as hell
